      Avantages

      There is a really forward thinking, positive culture, where everyone has a voice and is valued as an individual. It has been a breath of fresh air to join this environment and the ambition within the company makes it an extremely exciting organisation to be part of. The is an ethos of developing strong partnerships that deliver real value to clients which gives a lot of job satisfaction.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing significant to note - a few minor points but nothing major and a willingness to listen and address issues so I am confident that anything that does come up will be resolved.

      Inconvénients

      Being an agile exciting SME can sometimes lead to priorities changing on a whim, i think that this has been addressed via the building up of a very experienced, dedicated and supportive senior management team and the focus on building the right team around them combined with a clear and thought out strategy for the business. All I would say is keep this up because it really has a positive impact on the team around you.
