      Management has a lot to be desired. Company lacks sales and marketing expertise. Lack of proper project management. No personal growth potential.

      Entrepreneurial environment with opportunities to excel for the right individuals with the right skillset. Potential to be very autonomous in pursuit of success.

      Inconvénients

      Salaries are limited by small company size; management needs a larger vision for the entire company, not just wireless and channel sales.
