      Avantages

      Direct management seem fine and helpful

      Inconvénients

      Higher management expectations are beyond recourses or willingness to provide causing more stress to employees who are expected to provide services. Staff are strongly urged to put high scores down or great content for external reviews (great place to work etc) otherwise they may be seen as someone who does not have a positive commitment to the company.

      Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
