Insight is a big company that feels like a small company when it comes to culture. I enjoy working with my team, our cross-functional partners and the execs. I work at the corporate headquarters. The building is gorgeous! I love that we have a coffee bar and a cafe. The food is really excellent. These services are not sponsored by Insight but they are reasonably priced. Breakfast is especially economical. We also have a gym but what is really unique is that we have a doctor's office in the building and it's possible to get same day appointments! I was offered a generous compensation package. We've had a couple tough quarters but I am very optimistic about our future. We have hired a lot of strong talent and we are already seeing some signs of recovery in the marketplace.
