      Avantages

      Great company to work for. They do quarterly fun days to help everyone at the company meet and spend time with each other. They pay pretty well and have GREAT benefits. Work environment depends on which property you are at or if you are at the corporate office, but from what I saw they all seemed like great work environments. You also get pretty much every holiday off.

      Inconvénients

      It is a startup company, so they still haven't worked out all of the kinks, but they're on the right track.

      Not many night meetings, no micromanaging, cheap benefits, a lot of holidays

      Avantages

      Private office. The Christmas party was fun.

      Inconvénients

      The management is all related either by marriage or father/son. The “team” is hardly that. You have an over bearing management team that dumps a tremendous workload on you with the promise of a raise in the future. Good luck getting that raise because they will probably fire you in 6 months stating you just “aren’t the right fit”. The turn over rate should say enough about the company as a whole. If you enjoy property management, you can make way more for far less work with a different company.
