Avantages
It is a great place to start some sort of career (more for young adults starting out in life)
Inconvénients
Aside from the fact that most of the management are not qualified to do the positions they are in there is very little communication between departments which causes too much confusion. No one wants to work together and are quick to throw another person under the bus to save themselves. Everyone is quick to point a finger and blame someone else rather than do their job and help fix the situation. Even though I could go on for hours the last thing I will say is that the company gives out poor quality equipment and expect high quality production. It is as if they started out doing everything half way and now that they are bigger they have still not learned to do things right the first time. The only company I know to self inflict about 90% of the outages that has to be fixed which in turn hurts people where it hurts the most. Their pay.
