The CEO (Google him) is a billionaire. The employees are paid so little, they don’t give a company party, holiday party, not even a $5 gift card for Christmas. Our holiday party was if you all wanna plan it and meet at a bar, but we aren’t paying for anything, and managers won’t be there. So basically figure it out if you want.
No one knows what they are doing, the managers barely can put together an email in proper English, that makes sense. Yet, you have to say “yes ma’am we understand” because them trying to explain nonsense will give you a headache. You will become an alcoholic, or depressed if you work in the call center.
The employee help line is in the Philippines, so if you need help Good luck, your not getting any. They deactivated my health insurance, and I went to a specialist appointment at INOVA - and they said I had no insurance,- no favors for employees (I had insurance but the Philippine call center made a mistake on renewing it) and nothing could be done- they wanted me to pay $900 at the time of the visit- keep in mind I am an employee who works in billing.
This place is horrible- run for your life
