They encourage work-life balance while making sure employees are kept up to speed on emerging technologies and provide the tools needed to productively execute our jobs.

      Inconvénients

      Inoapps as a platinum partner is in a highly competitive environment; however, our leadership team and consultants are exceptional and I have no doubt that we will continue to excel in helping customers evolve their business solutions to the more efficient and cost effective modern Oracle cloud platform for their technology stack and SaaS applications.

      Avantages

      Inoapps is a remarkable organization with outstanding team members who demonstrate professionalism at the highest level. Whether it was during the interview process or through subsequent communications, the level of courtesy and respect extended to me was exceptional. I have no doubt that Inoapps will continue to grow in leaps and bounds as well as set new benchmarks for success in the future.

      Avantages

      Remote Work Work Flexibility HR team 👍

      Inconvénients

      Higher attrition rate at senior level positions. I have seen innovative people working at senior level and seen leaving them in a month because of no projects. Andy (CEO) keep talking about initiatives but nothing at ground. No goodies, No hike, No appraisal, No Job security No expertise in Oracle.
