Avantages
Lots of great people/engineers to work with
Lots of interest in learning amongst the engineers
Casual and flexible work environment
This is far from the worst place to work - there are a lot worse. But management/business really seems to not listen to the FACTS engineers tell them (no that deadline is not realistic, no we can't do that, that is a stupid idea,, etc)
Inconvénients
Top leadership is very weak, more managers then leader.
Owner/General manager is self-absorbed and out of touch
Bought by Trimble - not sure if this is pro/con yet, but company will become a publicly traded/corporate place to work eventually (which is both good and bad)
