The hiring process takes so long it is unreal.
It's not complicated, but they aren't on the ball so you can expect it to take them a few weeks just to contact references. The doctor over all process can take 4-6 weeks of you just waiting around wondering if they remember you or if they lost all of your information.
Once your hired, it's a good place to work, but don't quit your current day job till you know they're done with all of your paperwork.
