      Avantages

      Working directly on magazine. Great for your portfolio, able to gain a lot of experience and responsibility. Employees are great people, on-site directors are great.

      Inconvénients

      The pay for interns is nonexistent. Upper management is not on site, so there is a disconnect for a small company. Not many cons that I can think of that aren't completely personal to me.

      Avantages

      Great environment and coworkers, super flexible with work and school schedule. You get to meet cool people and work on fun and interesting content.

      Inconvénients

      The internship is unpaid but most internship are anyway!

      Avantages

      You get a lot of work experience and the company culture is very relaxed and laid back, with a small space of about 15 employees.

      Inconvénients

      Very disorganized and many full time employees don't do their job, expecting their interns to do it for them.
