Ink has always invested in training and personal development. We have increased our team in the past six months and we have seen an even greater performance across our sales floor. Please be clear: the sales commission structure has been set and clear for many years. We also offer additional motivators and rewards to sales staff based on performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Sales commissions are linked to corporate goals and as markets change we have to address in tandem. Managers serve as a guidance to teams, and are here to help you achieve your own goals as well as company’s goals. Regarding our promotion policies, we have numerous success stories to share with everyone. It might seem illusory, but we are more interested in people’s personalities and outlook on life than we are in their past experience. This is a key differentiation point at Ink.
