Lies, favouritism and brainwashing- AVOID - Avis employé Media Sales Executive Ink

-favouritism ; from the get go you will see -sales team leader employs a dictatorship like style. Doesn't matter if you are getting sales, you HAVE to do it their way -racism; you will see from the start there is not much diversity and the sales team leader made snidey comments abouts asians and blacks - they will start alienating you if you don't subscribe to their culture and behaviour (drinking gins and going to the pub) - lies , lies and more lies. Found out i was being paid LESS than others in my team despite my significant experience over them. Also was lied to that i will be paid for my full month yet wasn't.
