      induction was very helpful, you feel prepared for the job

      Inconvénients

      as soon as induction is over you're let go horrible culture, feels like a cult at some times extremely competitive and toxic work environment salesforce most annoying software ever and is not kept "clean", no rules no diversity at the workplace cold office

If you have any ideas on how to improve Salesforce or to help us recruit in way that truly reflect the society that we live in - we are all about that.       +Difficult to get sales +A lot of cold calling with no sales +There are no good leaders to guide you through the process and teach you how to sell.
