Ink has always done business in professional and ethical manner and we do not allow our employees to go unnoticed if they fail to do the same. Targets are realistic and in line with business’ expectations – they can be reached with hard work and good planning.
Sometimes it may happen that business requires to be open on public holidays (mainly because we are operating on the global scale), and employees may be asked to work on these days. However, this is initially communicated in the recruitment stage and all employees who work extra days (or longer hours) will accrue additional holiday days and/or hour off work.
Calls at Ink are recorded primarily for training and development purposes, for dispute resolutions and to evidence business transactions, and not so the managers can listen to them as they desire.
All employees at Ink are treated with dignity and respect, and if we find out that somebody is not acting in this manner the relevant precaution will be made.
