The standards that we have to meet to be on target is unrealistic with the caseload numbers that we have and the pay that we get.

Inconvénients

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
