      Avantages

      I would recommend this role to someone who is self driven and is genuinely passionate about helping participants turn their lives around. Flexible work is available as it is hybrid at 3 days in and two days WFH The team are the most helpful welcoming and fun group of people.

      Inconvénients

      the monthly targets ( 3 job starts a month, over 70% caseload engagement) may be overwhelming for some.

      Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
