      Avantages

      Down to earth and human managers, all the way to director level. Fair and impartial when it should be. Flexible. Value-added perks and employee assistance programmes.

      Inconvénients

      It can take a while for pay changes, but that seems to be something that is changing for the better. The business works on time-bound contracts, so cycles of redundancy are an inevitability.

      Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
