      Basic salary, that is the only pro I can think of

      Inconvénients

      No structure, The employee retention is horrible, there is absolutely horrible management. The actual goal does not get achieved in helping people get into work. All the staff are actively applying for jobs elsewhere and are unhappy

      Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
