Inconvénients

Too much training and very little practical help. A really complicated IT system that needs simplification. No support when starting to meet people and help them back into work. Harsh criticism when you get things wrong

Inconvénients

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
