      Avantages

      Rewarding work. Great employees, among the best in the industry. Good remuneration and benefits. Good ethics and values. Good customer service. Excellent support services apart from core service they provide to customers - holistic approach. Started listening to employees more.

      Inconvénients

      Decreased employee autonomy makes employees feel they can't be trusted. Too much micro management. Rigid KPIs put stress on employees.

      Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
