2. Good technology to work with
3. Great work atmosphere.
4. Good profit sharing and employee aimed activities.
5. Good initiatives taken to improve or help the social community with Informatica involved.
Inconvénients
1. HR activities are very limited with very few engaging activities. ( Need to organize more sporting events.)
