The colleagues who were allowed to leave can only be congratulated and the "left behind" employees will look for new jobs. You cannot choose your family, but you can choose your employer ... a very embarrassing, unworthy and unprofessional approach by an employer who is classified as a leader in seven areas according to BARC.
