      Avantages

      No pros. They find happiness by celebrating their own useless achievements. MD is gem of a person, rest management are useless.

      Inconvénients

      Company provides 2-3% percent hike everyyear leaving no scope for growth. In that 2-3% they want us to show contribution then only they provide 2-3%.
