Infopia was a great place to learn the ins and outs of a start up company. Lots of exposure to the business challenges and a fair amount of input into potential solutions.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately, the executive staff was too frequently focused on the next deal (short term) and not the overall strategy and longevity of the business operations.
Pay was reasonable given the economy. Good work mates and some good internal department camaraderie. Good location in the heart of downtown SLC.
Inconvénients
Terrible communication from management.
Unreasonable expectations of work over personal life.
An aging technology infrastructure would receive no upgrades.
Politics and infighting were legion.
