      you get to meet a lot of wonderful children ;)

      Inconvénients

      poor management no structure of organize schedules not giving all there employees their brakes or lunches on a timely matter. having to many children for one person at the end of the day. I would some times have over 16+ kids all different ages in one room by my self in the hole building. no benefits

      Avantages

      Good company. we can work for 2 years easily. like government office.

      Inconvénients

      The main cons is the company not using an updated marketing strategy. They belive in paper work more rather than today's update technology.
