      Very flexible if you have to take time off and allows you to work from home

      Inconvénients

      I've been there 3 years and my pay was stagnant throughout my tenure while cost of living as getting higher. They got rid of perks like early out and made our monthly bonuses harder and harder to achieve

      Free soda, great bosses, wonderful employees. No metrics, permanent schedule. Promotes within, cares for employees.

      Not enough chance to work from home.
