      Unprofessional recruitment process. After interviewing candidates successfully, and committing to them for the offer, they don't release the offer- without giving any reason. HR doesn't respond to follow ups.

      Avantages

      No Pros, It's fraud company.By joining here you come to know about corporate white collar corruption.

      Inconvénients

      They treat employee as labor workers. All the higher management is with just Diploma qualification. The management does not know s/w professional culture. They give preference only for diploma background persons only and always gives good work to diploma guys. If the guys who have higher qualification sand from IIT's,NIT's then they will show really hell. It's worst company well qualified experienced engineers
