      Avantages

      Indicative provides you the tool, resources, and mentors needed to grow. The product is really interesting and the people are great. Though Covid, leadership has really stepped up and the team continues to work together really well. I always feel like my voice is heard, whether its about product ideas or concerns with anything. It's a really great place to work overall.

      Inconvénients

      We're growing fast, so the workload is high.

      Avantages

      - The product is amazing, and from the start something really easy to get behind and become excited about - Ability to constantly be learning and testing new things - Ability to really pave your own path in your career interests - Collaboration among the team. Everyone is quick to help out where needed, and most importantly fosters a culture where everyone's opinion is heard and discussed - without risk of uncomfortable backlash or unwanted arguments. Also, the sense of humor on this team is top-notch :) - Remote-work friendly

      Inconvénients

      Much like any startup, you are doing A LOT all the time with very limited resources and tight timeline turnarounds. This is not something for everyone - which is OK.
