      The people on site are great to work with

      Inconvénients

      Higher management do not possess any people management skills and don’t care about their staff. You aren’t listened to and you are just a number. Targets are constantly increased even in todays climate making the OTE in achievable- it’s like they don’t want you to earn any commission.
