      Inconvénients

      No organizational culture. They just hire you when there is a project. Once your project is done, they will just release you from the job. You never know where they ask you to relocate. No HR communication or care for your career. These are some large consulting firms acting like a legitimate company. Nothing more.

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
