Inconvénients
Well, just like many other companies that are right above the start up mark and in hyper growth mode, Incedo has its challenges and hick ups too. Yes, there is often a bit of chaos and lack of process, but that is in no way, a deal breaker for me! I see it as a motivator to do more!!! I have received solid opportunities to collaborate and do heavy interaction with senior leaders to initiate changes and execute them. If you are one who wants to go hands-on at the job, leverage existing skill sets, learn new skills and go deep with his/her technology expertise, this is the place to be!
