1. People and senior managers are so rude. They will do anything to put you down and demotivate you. 2. People misuse their positions. 3. Employees are forced to follow rules as per Manager's discretion. 4. There is no team spirit here. 5. Three months notice period. 6. Very toxic culture and environment. 7. No projects 8. Reckless firing.
