All the departments are shameless here. People do not want to work at all. People say something but do something else. You will be trapped with all the negativity and depressing culture of this organization. They have 3 months notice period, which is really not desirable. They have no standardization and their brand value is so infamous, clients do not trust this company. Senior Management is so bad, they are losing projects every single day and there is no work left.
