There is a hire and fire culture. 5. Management is forcing people to come to the office unnecessarily. 6. The infrastructure is so poor, you will never want to go to the office. 7. Senior Managers and Directors are dictators here, especially in life sciences. They are highly incompetent and yet will try to supress you in every manner possible.
