      Until you are in project, won't see any issues. Tax saving options available and Mediclaim policies are good.

      Inconvénients

      The company is full of fraud policies and can to any level to cheat employee salary once left the organization. Taru and Meenal (HR) are brain dead puppets and will iterate only things so that you get lower amount of promised salary.

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
