      1. good work life balance 2. small company hence more exposure 3. good take home salary 4. WFH option in some of the projects

      Inconvénients

      1. Not that process oriented company. 2. worst insurance policies, some of the listed hospital wont go for cashless because of the negative reputation of the insurance company

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
