      good salary structure. good exposure to US clients

      Inconvénients

      no respect for employees.they will treat u like slaves.i dont knw why they have so big team of HRs..they r like mere robots..coz head hr is the one who only take evry decision and he is ruthless.so much of micro management...so much of nepotism.

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
