      I did not find anything good in the company. LALA type company.

      Inconvénients

      No HR policies. The HR folks are not professional at all. Take some decisions on their EGO. Attitude Problem.

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
