      Inconvénients

      Incedo's leadership is only looking to generate revenue anyway it can, lower margins, more working hours without any direction. The revenues go towards publicizing books. Employee engagement is very low.

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
