      No pros at all here.

      Inconvénients

      No good appraisals or appreciation. Feedback is often one-sided, with little room for employee input. Certain individuals receive preferential treatment, favouritism across leadership which creates an unfair work environment and impacts appraisals. Goal sheet is only for name sake. Rating and appraisals are given as per the favouritism.

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
