I joined Indeco around four months ago, and my experience so far has been positive. The work environment is supportive, and colleagues are helpful and approachable. The company provides good exposure to real-world projects, which has helped me improve my technical and professional skills. Management is approachable, and there is a willingness to guide employees when needed. Overall, it’s a good place to learn and grow, especially for someone looking to build a strong foundation in their career.
Inconvénients
As with any growing organization, some processes can be improved and streamlined. There is scope for clearer communication in certain areas, but things are gradually improving.
