      Work life balance is a myth here, you have to work for 13-14 hours per day and still the next day, your manager will say what did you do yesterday. Worst working culture. Worst management. Hire and fire policy, they will fire you within few months of joining , it happend with one of my friend

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
