Avantages
* You can dip into networking and embedded world on all levels except hardware and popular clouds. * In general you won't sit w/o work and your tasks may diverse a lot (a least from newcomer's point of view) * Compensation is in general higher than average in poor countries like Russia. * It's quite regular to send people in business trips, so you can see the world.
Inconvénients
* Almost no growth neither career nor personal. The company doesn't encourage any personal growth. * The work becomes really boring after 3-4 years in the company and basically you can't change anything. You just start forgetting your old experience and do not get anything in exchange. * The company may change conditions of your contract any time. And if you are not agree, most likely you will be fired some other more sophisticated way. * There are no any benefits in addition to your compensation in the company, nothing at all. * The company gives stock options, but it's then impossible to exercise them. So basically it's a lie to keep good employees.
