      Avantages

      Uncapped earnings, a healthy salary, and benefits should incentivize anyone. Everyone is focused on growth. No politics. Sales competitions keep the blood flowing on slower days. It's easy to embrace the sales grind here. Monthly growth both to the company bottom line, and my paycheck make me proud to be here near the ground floor.

      Inconvénients

      - Commute isn't the easiest - I haven't won every sales competition - Occasionally have a difficult client (1 in about 20)

      There are no pros to this company. If I could give a zero, I would.

      Disorganized, no clear job titles or description, poor salary conditions, lack of management accountability
