      Avantages

      - growth potential of the product - casual environment - good setup and tools for daily work etc - snacks and kitchen

      Inconvénients

      - micromanagement in the engineering team. engineering lead dosen't trust anyone but a handful of ppl - no respect for ppls ideas unless it comes from the lead - bad management skills of engineering lead - management and founders pretty much turn blind eye to the mess going around - language and cultural bias in day to day working in the team. less involvement in team discussions as they dont happen in english most of the time - hiring is whomever the lead likes - product team lacks vision and follows whatever engineering does

      Avantages

      Great team in the US with exciting clients. Lots going on in this company with great growth. InDebted manages to balance being a high-growth tech company with being a deeply human one. Also feel that the work is meaningful, helping customers get out of debt with dignity.

      Inconvénients

      None really, as leadership is open about scaling challenges and working through them transparently

      Avantages

      Very friendly work environment, it is great to be a part of a positive encouraging team. Top performance will earn you bonuses and commissions.

      Inconvénients

      Base pay is low for the industry no regular raises regardless of top performance gets very discouraging over time, but great for entry level position. KPIs monitored very closely.
