      — outsourcing: you can have various experiences during single employment — you fully decide on your own work schedule (except meetings) — remote (no forced on-site work or something) — you may encounter R&D project — strong data science team (though, for new employees, it should not matter much after switching to remote)

      Inconvénients

      — outsourcing: you will rarely know how your next project will look like

      Flat structure; management team is open for communication and improvements; People-oriented approach and personal touch with team members; Flexible schedule; The option for remote work and the opportunity to work in a comfortable office in Vilnius; Friendly and mature team; Interesting projects.

      Inconvénients

      A company is more suitable for people who thrive in an agile and dynamic environment rather than in a formalized corporation.
