      Avantages

      Clinical integrity is high. The staff is great. Communication is great. I genuinely enjoy working with the staff and kids.

      Inconvénients

      This is more referring to Aba companies overall: pay is not good for rbts or bcbas. It’s such a demanding job.

      Disorganized upper leadership, burnout, frequent changes, consistent communication breakdowns
