Avantages
No pros at all with this company - They give all false promises before joining and will come to know once we join. Especially going to south africa through this company - its a big trap. All stupid and false statements - once you reach in SA, slowly things will come know one by one. Then, we realize that we are in trouble, but, somehow we have to pass the time until we finish contract. They, will blackmail you also.
Inconvénients
Everything is false statement - providing allowances, other benefits. They never give salary in time - at least 15-20 days delay. This is also one company - only want to see revenue somehow - not the employee satisfaction and growth at tll. NEVER EVER RECOMMAND THIS COMPANY. TOP MANAGEMENT ITSELF DOES EVERYTHING - THEY EVERYTHING WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THEIR COMPANY.
