Avantages
Just got through with training. The pay is pretty good especially when you take into account the commission pay-off structure. If you have a good week sales wise, you really get a good bonus. I have had other jobs where you ONLY work off of commission and those jobs are horrible because it's so cut throat. This one has a great work environment. Everyone stays positive and there is no competition for the same sales. Instead, you work on individual goals which are more than reasonable.
Inconvénients
The actual building is conveniently located, however I feel as if sometimes parking is hard to find. They have you come in later for training so the parking spots are all taken up. That is a bummer.
